ABERT QUALITATIVE EXCELLENCE CONSOLIDATED MADE IN ITALY EXPERIENCE AND OPENNESS TO INNOVATION:

THESE ARE THE TRAITS THAT HAVE MADE ABERT A LEADER IN THE SECTOR OF CUTLERY, TABLE FURNISHINGS AND PROFESSIONAL HO.RE.CA PRODUCTS.

Abert® was conceived in 1929 in Lumezzane, in the province of Brescia, Italy, when the founder Antonio Bertoli started the artisan production of brass cutlery In 1950 steel entered the production cycles steadily, taking the place of any other material. Production automation came in the 1960s and in 1975 Abert was the first company in the world to engineer the production processes of colored cutlery with the combination of materials such as ABS, nylon and wood. It was 1987 when the company headquarters moved to Passirano, paving the way for important expansions: in 1993 it acquired the historic Milanese brand Broggi, market leader in cutlery and table furnishings in the hotel sector, and in 1994 the Facix brand.
Also in the same year, Abert was the first company in the sector to get the ISO 9002 quality certification.
Just a few years later, a new project for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel was launched in 2000, expanding the range of professional hotel products.

Almost a century after its birth, Abert is still run by the Bertoli family, now in its fourth generation along a history of growth, evolution and success.
Business core, today as in the beginning, indispensable values: the excellence of the raw materials, crucial for the performance of the products, the constant innovation of the production processes and the search for cutting-edge technologies, the quality of every detail, the attention to design, from the study of unique products to the creation of valid objects.
All inside the factories in Passirano, according to a careful and accurate Made in Italy standard. Worth mentioning is the constant sensitivity towards the needs of a clientele that evolves along with the market and must therefore be heard, satisfied and anticipated.
And the future is the greatest challenge that Abert has always faced with proactivity, rooted corporate, culture, attention to the circumstances of the current market and real commitment, from environmental protection with a view to eco-sustainability to the solid ethics of economic and social relationships.
